The purpose of this work is to increase the efficiency of internal logistics using methods and tools of lean production and lean logistics.In analytical studies, the liver of the main operational processes of the enterprise's activity is determined, maps of the value creation flow of the current state are compiled, a list of problems in the production process of the enterprise is compiled and the main points of growth of the efficiency of the production process are determined.When analysing the results obtained, a number of factors affecting the productivity of the enterprise were identified, measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the operations of the production process were formed and implemented.
